NLOI update: All PSU verbals signed

◊ Penn State has signed every single verbal commit for the 2009 recruiting class. The most recent are Stephon Morris, Derrick Thomas and Malcolm Willis. This isn't a "wow" class, but it's one that could pay big dividends for Penn State over the next few seasons. We are still waiting on WR Justin Brown, who's reportedly going to pick Rutgers over Penn State. Here's where we're at, right now.
