Penn State FALLS in final BCS Standings

Penn State actually fell two spots to No. 13 in the final BCS Standings released tonight. Nittany Lions finished No. 9 in both the USA Today Coaches' and AP polls, but the computers' No. 18 rankings hurt significantly.

Here are the final top 15 teams:
