Coverage Maps: Ohio State at Penn State
Seventy-two percent of the nation will get this week's game on ABC, while the rest of America will get it on ESPN2. Ohio State vs. Penn State is becoming a ratings giant, as we can see from this week's coverage map for the 3:30 p.m. kickoffs. The Nittany Lions have not only locked up the New York City, Chicago, and L.A. markets, but also Miami and half of the SEC territory. For three and a half hours this Saturday afternoon, the eyes of the college football world will be focused squarely on Beaver Stadium.

Penn State will play in front of a national (mostly) audience this week. The broadcast will be split between ABC and ESPN. A good chunk of the country will see the Nittany Lions ESPN, while the regional audience will get the game on ABC.

ABC/ESPN Coverage Map: Penn State at Syracuse
There's something foul afoot! OK, so it's bad enough that I won't get the game in Northern Virginia--looks like I'm ordering GamePlan this week--but AdamsFranklin-freaking-County, in PENNSYLVANIA, won't get the game? I know, it will probably be on a local station, but come on. The coverage maps so far this year have sucked. Shape up, ESPN. 
Ed. Note - I just found out that ESPN was offering the last quarter-and-a-half--when they cut out without warning--of PSU/Oregon St on REGULAR/Non-HD ESPN 2. It was posted as a small footnote below the coverage maps on ESPN.com. Good job, guys.

ABC/ESPN can go to hell!
What the f@ck ESPN? You cut out on the Penn State game to go to a crappy Oklahoma blowout. You just pissed off A LOT of people from one end of this nation to the other. Do you not realize that most of the country doesn't give a crap about two mid-American teams? Just go to hell. Just in case those jackasses forgot, here's the coverage map...
UPDATE: ABC/ESPN has decided to not only cut off the PSU game, but now, the Oklahoma game as well. So now I get to see Wake Forest/Ole Miss on two different channels. I repeat, go to hell ESPN.
Poll Results: Beavers fans swing the voting; PSU still wins
In one of the most interesting polls so far, Oregon State fans flooded Zombie Nation the past few days. In the process, the Beavers faithful really swung the voting in favor of Oregon State. However, it was too little, too late, as Penn State is still favored by readers. With 197 taking part in this week's poll, Penn State was given a 2:1 split (64%) over Oregon State (35%).

ABC Coverage Map: Penn State vs. Oregon St.
I'm not done with the game preview yet, but here's the ABC Coverage Map for the Penn State/Oregon State game. Going by the amount of coverage this will get, Penn State has to come out firing on all cylinders. Anything less than a two-touchdown margin of victory won't look to good.
